When should we begin working together?
You can reach out as soon as you are comfortable. Most expectant parents contact us in the early second trimester to secure their dates and allow for a deep, trusting bond to form early on.
What happens during our first meet-up session?
We enjoy a low-stress dialogue focused on your expectations. We explore your vision for labor, explain the ways a doula enhances that experience, and confirm if our connection feels right for you.
Are you open to various delivery methods?
